The goal of the study is to look at the relationship between how individuals with Sarcoidosis take the sarcoidosis medicines and how it affects the disease, to evaluate any factors that may make individuals not want to take the medicines, and to develop and refine ways to help support individuals with Sarcoidosis especially when it comes to the medicines.

Are you an adult diagnosed with COPD? If so, you may be able to participate in a clinical trial where researchers are studying whether a home delivery program with foods meant to help increase the amount of omega-3 that you eat can help with COPD. You must be at least 40 years old and diagnosed with COPD to participate. The study is taking place in Baltimore, Maryland.

Are you 75 years old or older and interested in participating in a clinical trial where researchers are studying whether statins, which are often used to treat high cholesterol, can help improve heart and brain health. Are you at least 18 years old and have sickle cell disease and taking the medication Hydroxyurea? For this study, researchers testing are tool for measuring oxygen levels, blood flow, and the makeup of skin and muscle in patients with sickle cell disease. To participate in this study, you must be at least 18 years old and have sickle cell disease and also be taking the medication Hydroxyurea. This study is taking place at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare different types of blood transfusions for critically injured patients who require large-volume blood transfusions. Participants must be at least 15 years old and need a massive blood transfusion. Are you at least 18 years old and have sickle cell disease? People with sickle cell disease often have problems with their heart, brain, kidneys, liver, and lungs as they age. These problems may improve after transplant. Researchers in this study are trying to learn how and why this happens. To participate in this study, you must be at least 18 years old and have sickle cell disease. You must also have a history of problems with your heart, lungs, or other criteria that the study doctor will discuss with you. Do you have cancer that is treated with something called Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors or BKTi? In this study, researchers want to learn more about Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors, which are often used to treat cancer, affect the heart.
