This trial will compare time from randomization to failure of treatment or death from any cause of IST versus URD BMT when used as initial therapy to treat Severe Aplastic Anemia.

Do you have overweight or obesity? Researchers are testing whether messages sent through a mobile app can help people lose weight. To participate, you must be 18 to 39 years and own a smartphone with a data and text messaging plan. The study is taking place in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

To participate in this study, you must be at least 18 years old and have sickle cell disease. You must also have a history of problems with your heart, lungs, or other criteria that the study doctor will discuss with you. Do you have cancer that is treated with something called Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors or BKTi? In this study, researchers want to learn more about Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors, which are often used to treat cancer, affect the heart. You can participate in this study if you are currently receiving or will be receiving Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors. This study is taking place at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Are you an adult with heart failure? A clinical trial is testing if a supplement drink helps people with heart failure. Participants will visit the study site once where they will be served a light breakfast with the study’s supplement drink. Researchers will perform a physical exam and draw blood several times during the visit. The study is taking place in Durham, North Carolina.

Are you at least 18 years old with chronic anemia? Researchers in this study are trying to find a better treatment for chronic anemia and are testing a new medication to see if it works well. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and have chronic anemia. This study is taking place at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center.

This project will determine the health impact of parenthood on people with cystic fibrosis (CF). The study team will use retrospective data to provide relatively immediate evidence on parenthood's effect on pulmonary health.

Are you an adult with atrial fibrillation? In this study, researchers are comparing a continuous direct oral anticoagulation (DOAC) use versus time-limited (1 month) DOAC guided by an AF-sensing Smart Watch (AFSW) for persons with atrial fibrillation and a moderate risk of stroke. Participants must be between the ages of 22 and 85 and have a history of atrial fibrillation.
