Participants must be at least 15 years old and need a massive blood transfusion. Do you have overweight or obesity? Researchers are testing whether messages sent through a mobile app can help people lose weight. To participate, you must be 18 to 39 years and own a smartphone with a data and text messaging plan. The study is taking place in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Are you an adult with overweight or obesity? Researchers are studying a program that helps with physical activity. To join, you need a computer or smart phone and Wi-Fi. You must also be exercising less than 150 hours a week and not be in any weight loss or exercise programs. The study is in Aurora, Colorado.

Do you have asthma and obesity and live near Aurora, Colorado? Obesity can lead to widespread inflammation that may make asthma worse. This study will test whether a medicine called CXA-10 reduces inflammation in the airways and body and improves asthma symptoms in people who have obesity. To participate in this study, you must be between 18 and 65 years old, have a BMI of 30 or greater, and have been on long-acting controller medicine—such as inhaled corticosteroids or long-acting beta2-agonists—for at least three months. This study is located in Aurora, Colorado.

Are you an adult with both asthma and obesity? This study is testing whether a medicine called L-citrulline can help treat asthma and improve lung function in people who have obesity. To participate in this study, you must be 18 to 65 years old and have asthma and obesity. This study takes place in Durham, North Carolina.

Are you an adult who has overweight or obesity and would be interested in a weight-loss study? This study is testing whether a medicine called phentermine is safe and effective for treating obesity over a long period. This study has multiple locations in the United States.
