Is your family from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, or Sri Lanka? If so, you may be able to participate in a clinical study looking at cardiovascular disease, such as heart disease and stroke among people of South Asian descent. Participants must be between 40 and 84 years old and have no history of heart attack or stroke, heart failure, angina, or atrial fibrillation. This study is taking place in San Francisco, California, Chicago, Illinois, and New York City, New York.

Do you have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or have experienced a psychosocial trauma, or want to help research? This study uses positron emission tomography/magnetic resonance imaging (PET/MRI) to look at the relationship between psychosocial stress and systemic inflammation/atherosclerosis. Do you have high blood pressure? In this clinical trial, researchers are studying different ways to improve home blood pressure monitoring. You may be able to participate if you are between 18 and 85 years old and diagnosed with high blood pressure. Participants will work closely with clinicians or other healthcare providers to schedule appointments, coordinate care, measure blood pressure, answer your questions, and treat your high blood pressure. The study is taking place in Rochester, New York.

The investigators' central hypothesis is that early combination therapy with two PAH-specific oral therapies that have been shown to be well tolerated in the pediatric population, sildenafil and bosentan, will result in better World Health Organization (WHO) functional class at 12 months after initiation of PAH treatment than therapy with sildenafil alone.

Do you or your child have pulmonary hypertension and want to help research? This study is looking to better understand pulmonary hypertension in children who have this condition. To participate in this study, you or your child must be 21 years old or younger and must have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension before the age of 18. This study is located at multiple sites across the United States and Canada, including California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Alberta, Canada.
