In this study, researchers want to learn more about Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors, which are often used to treat cancer, affect the heart. You can participate in this study if you are currently receiving or will be receiving Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Do you have heart disease that requires an ICD to prevent sudden cardiac arrest? This study aims to learn what signs distinguish patients who have a higher risk of an arrhythmia that leads to sudden cardiac arrest. Researchers plan to track patients with a recent ICD replacement for 10 years. To participate in this study, you must be between 18 and 85 years old. Have you been diagnosed with orthostatic intolerance? This study aims to find out how the body’s regulation of basic functions, such as heart rate and blood pressure, is altered in people who have orthostatic intolerance. This condition, which has an unknown cause, is characterized by a racing heartbeat, dizziness, lightheadedness, and other symptoms that occur when a person stands up. To participate in this study, you must be between 18 and 80 years old and have orthostatic intolerance. This study is located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Did you develop atrial fibrillation after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery? Did you develop atrial fibrillation after a coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery? This study is looking at how well oral anticoagulation medicines work to prevent complications, such as blood clots and heart attack, for patients who experience post-operative atrial fibrillation (POAF). This study is in multiple locations around the country.

Are you a female between 18 and 55 years old who has postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS)? This study is looking at the sympathetic nervous system and its effect on the increased heart rate and dizziness upon standing that people with POTS experience. This study is located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Are you an adult female with LAM? If so, you may be able to participate in this clinical study where researchers are observing patients who are taking or have taken a certain kind of medication, mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), to treat lymphangioleiomyomatosis, also known as LAM. You must be at least 18 years old to take part. The study is taking place at locations in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington.

Have you been diagnosed with LAM? This study is trying to understand the genes and proteins that are responsible for causing lung damage in patients with LAM. To participate in this study, you must be between 16 and 99 years old and diagnosed with LAM. This study is located in Bethesda, Maryland.

Are you an adult female who has been diagnosed with LAM? This study is examining which delivery method of albuterol—inhaled or nebulizer—is better at improving lung function in adult women who have LAM. This study is located in Bethesda, Maryland.

Do you have LAM and would be willing to help research? This study aims to identify the right dose of sirolimus to treat people who have LAM. To participate in this study, you must be female, between 18 and 90 years old, and diagnosed with LAM. This study is located in Bethesda, Maryland.

Do you have tuberous sclerosis and want to help researchers better understand the disease? This study is investigating what causes multiple skin tumors to develop in people with tuberous sclerosis. To participate in the study, you must be at least 18 years old. This study is located at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
