This is an Early Feasibility Study to evaluate the usability, safety and functionality of 3D holographic guidance, navigation, and control (3D-GNC) as an adjunct to and confirmed by fluoroscopic imaging to be used with Cook Zenith Flex AAA Endovascular Graft.

This study is testing whether a medicine called metformin can help treat aortic aneurisms in the abdomen. The study will use imaging tests to examine whether metformin can help prevent these aortic aneurisms from getting bigger. To participate in this study, you must be 55 to 90 years old and diagnosed with an abdominal aortic aneurism. This study takes place in Stanford, California.

22q11.2 deletion syndrome is a genetic disorder that can cause heart defects, facial abnormalities, and developmental and learning disabilities. The severity of the disorder can vary widely among people. This study will analyze DNA from people with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome to identify genetic variations that may affect the severity of the disorder.
