This study is investigating whether 26 weeks of education and increased monitoring from healthcare managers improves psychiatric and heart symptoms better than self-managed care. This study takes place in Boston, Massachusetts.

Do you have stable angina and myocardial bridging but not obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD)? This study aims to help improve treatments for people that have angina in the absence of obstructive CAD. Angina without CAD affects millions of people but remains underdiagnosed and treatments are lacking. To participate in this study, you must be between 18 and 80 years old. This study takes place in Stanford, California.

22q11.2 deletion syndrome is a genetic disorder that can cause heart defects, facial abnormalities, and developmental and learning disabilities. The severity of the disorder can vary widely among people. This study will analyze DNA from people with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome to identify genetic variations that may affect the severity of the disorder.
