Do you or your child have a lung disease? This study will investigate the genes involved in the breathing process and in the development of lung diseases such as asthma or sarcoidosis to improve understanding of the role they play. To participate in this study, you or your child must be between 2 and 90 years old. This study is located in Bethesda, Maryland, at the NIH Clinical Center.

Have you been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)?
Have you been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)? Many ICU patients experience profound sleep and circadian rhythm disruption. This study will test how light, feeding, mobility, and sleep may normalize circadian rhythms and improve sleep and metabolism. You may be able to participate if you are 18 years old or older. This study is recruiting in New Haven, Connecticut.

Do you do shift work and are interested in metabolic health? This study looks at how diet may affect circadian misalignment. To join, you must be 18 to 45 years old and in good health. As a participant, you will stay in the study hospital twice and get all your meals during the study. The study is taking place at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

Are you interested in helping researchers learn more about how inflammation and diseases of the blood vessels start?
Diseases related to the immune system, blood clots, and blood vessels are interrelated. This study is trying to understand how these diseases start and what happens in the different organs in people with these diseases. To participate in this study, you or your child should be 5 years old or older and be healthy or have an autoimmune disease, or problems with blood clots or blood vessels. This study is in Bethesda, Maryland.
