Do you live in Appalachian Kentucky? Researchers will be using a phone app and incentives to provide health coaching. Participants will be encouraged to eat more fruits and vegetables and reduce saturated fats and screen time. They will also monitor your physical activity using a motion device and help you become more active. To join, you must be 18 years or older. The study is taking place in Benham, Kentucky.

Are you an adult with both asthma and obesity? This study is testing whether a medicine called L-citrulline can help treat asthma and improve lung function in people who have obesity. Did you develop atrial fibrillation after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery?
Did you develop atrial fibrillation after a coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery? This study is looking at how well oral anticoagulation medicines work to prevent complications, such as blood clots and heart attack, for patients who experience post-operative atrial fibrillation (POAF).
