Have you received a stem cell transplant? This study aims to monitor the long-term health of patients who have received a donor stem cell transplant from the NIH Clinical Center. To participate in this study, you must be between 10 and 80 years old and had your transplant more than 3 years ago. This study is located in Bethesda, Maryland.

The study will help researchers learn the best methods for collecting, storing, and using cord blood in transplants. Do you or your child have cardiovascular disease or want to help research? This study aims to improve cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques. The clinical investigators will use new MRI methods to look at healthy people and people who have heart problems. This study aims to discover if low-dose computed tomography (CT) scans are as effective as regular CT scans in monitoring your COPD. Do you have a heart or blood vessel disease, such as peripheral artery disease? This study aims to collect data and samples from people who have a heart or blood vessel disease. This may include blood tests, ultrasound exams, and heart and lung tests. Family members and healthy people may also participate. The results may help researchers better understand PAD and other heart and blood vessel diseases. Participants must be at least 2 years old. Do you or your child have cardiovascular disease or want to help research? This study aims to identify better MRI methods and new ways of imaging cardiovascular disease to understand cardiovascular and brain function. Researchers are also interested in seeing whether gadolinium, the commonly used MRI contrast agent, stays in the body long after an MRI is performed. To participate in this study, you or your child should be healthy or have a cardiovascular condition and be at least 7 years old.

Do you or your child need another blood stem cell transplant for sickle cell disease? This study will give a second transplant to people who have sickle cell disease and whose disease has returned but still have some donor cells in their body.
