The investigators' ultimate goal is the translation of this model to clinical application as an "exercise prescription" to intervene early in pediatric Fontan patients and decrease long-term morbidity and mortality.

The goal of this study is improving patient-centered communication for young people with advanced heart disease.

This research study is designed to learn, first, whether two anesthetics have different effects on collapse seen within the upper airway during sleep endoscopy. A second purpose is to learn whether collapse at several levels of the upper airway is associated with obstructive sleep apnea that persists after adenotonsillectomy, the surgery that removes the tonsils and adenoids.

This study is investigating if the Self-Supporting Nasopharyngeal Airway (ssNPA) device can be used in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea in children with Hypotonic Upper Airway Obstruction (HUAO).

This clinical trial will compare home sleep apnea testing with the gold standard in-lab polysomnography in terms of 1) accuracy, 2) therapeutic decision-making, and 3) parent/child acceptability in children referred for evaluation of obstructive sleep apnea.

This is an open-label study of the combination of atomoxetine and oxybutynin (ato-oxy) in children with Down syndrome and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) documented by polysomnography (PSG).
