National Wear Red Day®: Taking Action to Protect #OurHearts

Virtual via Facebook
12:00 p.m. ET

Description

Each year on the first Friday in February, the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, The Heart Truth®, and others around the country celebrate National Wear Red Day® to bring greater attention to heart disease as the leading cause of death for Americans and promote steps people can take to protect their heart.

Wear red and join NHLBI and The Heart Truth for a Facebook Live event to learn what “heart smart” actions you can take in your everyday life to prevent heart disease. Hear from NHLBI leaders and subject matter experts on what we can do to keep #OurHearts healthy.
