Blood health network red and white circles

The Blood Diseases and Disorders Education Program coordinates the Blood Health Network—a network of public and private organizations. These organizations represent federal, national, and local organizations with a demonstrated interest in blood diseases and disorders and blood safety.

The Network:

  • Helps drive outreach efforts to increase awareness of blood diseases and disorders.
  • Extends the reach of blood health messages and materials as well as blood safety to people living with blood diseases and disorders, as well as their family members and caregivers.
  • Increases understanding and awareness of NHLBI blood science research, as well as clinical trials.
