"How to Tell if Your Child is at a Healthy Weight" Community News Feature

We recently held a series of parent forums at our community sites, and one of the issues we heard is that it can be hard for parents to determine if their children are at a healthy weight. That is why we developed a news article to address this very important topic. In this new resource, we discuss body mass index (BMI) and how it can be used by health care providers. Whether you're a community site looking for useful handouts at We Can! events, articles for your monthly newsletter, or a parent trying to determine if your child is at a healthy weight, this article may be helpful for you.
