Are you at least 12 weeks pregnant? This study is recruiting women with healthy pregnancies and women who have experienced an abnormal fetal heart rate or rhythm. Are you between 18 and 55 years old and not living an active lifestyle? This study is testing the effect of resistance and aerobic training on blood pressure and cardiovascular health. Over the course of 8 weeks, participants will participate in an exercise program and provide blood samples, along with other imaging and health assessments. To participate in this study, you must be willing to participate in the full study, which will last for 24 to 26 weeks (the remaining 16 to 18 weeks do not include exercise). You must also have been born in the United States to two African American or two non-Hispanic White parents. This study takes place in Chicago, Illinois.

Are you an adult who has an inactive lifestyle and works at least 20 hours each week at a desk? This study is investigating whether reducing inactivity can lower blood pressure and improve other measures of cardiovascular health. To participate in this study, you must be between the ages of 21 and 65 and have stable employment and access to a cell phone. This study takes place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Are you at least 55 years old and fully insured by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, and do you want to improve your blood pressure? This study is testing a health coaching approach to help people with high blood pressure take their medicine correctly and on time. To participate in this study, you must have high blood pressure that is not well-controlled by medicine. This study takes place in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Do you have low blood pressure due to primary autonomic failure or multiple system atrophy? Autonomic failure is caused by problems with a part of the nervous system called the autonomic nervous system. People with these conditions can suffer debilitating low blood pressure upon standing. This study is testing the use of compression garments to improve blood pressure in people with these conditions. To participate in this study, you must be between 40 and 80 years old and have low blood pressure when standing. This study takes place in Nashville, Tennessee.

Are you older than 40 and have a history of peripheral artery disease (PAD)? This study will examine whether the drug rivaroxaban improves symptoms associated with peripheral artery disease (PAD). To participate in this study, you must be at least 40 years old and have a history of PAD. This study takes place in Nashville, Tennessee.

Are you between 65 and 85 years old and are a patient at Stanford? This study will evaluate the effect of an electronic health record (EHR) screening tool on rates of new noninvasive testing, diagnosis, and treatment of peripheral artery disease (PAD) over a 6-month period. The EHR-based screening tool will generate a group of patients at the highest risk of having undiagnosed PAD to participate in the study. To participate in this study, you must be between 65 and 85 years old, have at least 1 year of data with the Stanford EHR, and have no prior diagnosis of PAD. This study takes place in Palo Alto, California.

This study will test whether a new device called the OsciPulse system, which is designed to repeatedly compress a person’s legs, can improve blood flow through the legs to prevent or treat varicose veins. To participate in this study, you must be 40 to 90 years old and healthy. This study takes place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Do you know a child with Kawasaki disease-related coronary artery abnormalities? This study is testing whether a combination of two medicines—atorvastatin and anakinra—can effectively treat a type of vasculitis called Kawasaki disease, which most often affects children. Participants in this study must be 1 to 17 years old and diagnosed with Kawasaki disease. This study takes place in San Diego, California.
