Are you an adult with heart failure and right bundle branch block (RBBB)? This study will evaluate the effectiveness and benefit of His-bundle-pacing enhanced cardiac resynchronization therapy (His-CRT) versus cardiac resynchronization therapy (BiV-CRT). Are you between 65 and 85 years old and are a patient at Stanford? This study will evaluate the effect of an electronic health record (EHR) screening tool on rates of new noninvasive testing, diagnosis, and treatment of peripheral artery disease (PAD) over a 6-month period. The EHR-based screening tool will generate a group of patients at the highest risk of having undiagnosed PAD to participate in the study. To participate in this study, you must be between 65 and 85 years old, have at least 1 year of data with the Stanford EHR, and have no prior diagnosis of PAD. This study takes place in Palo Alto, California.

Are you interested in supporting research into safe and effective flu prevention for people with COPD? This study is testing whether the nasal spray flu vaccine is safe and effective in people who have COPD.
