Are you a healthy adult woman living in Washington, DC, and interested in helping researchers learn about heart disease? This study is exploring differences in stress and exercise habits among women who live in different areas of the city. To participate in this study, you must be a healthy woman between the ages of 19 and 45 living in Washington, DC, wards 3 or 5 with access to a smartphone. This study takes place in Washington, DC, and Maryland.

Are you an adult with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who has relapsed despite treatment? This study is testing a medicine called venetoclax that treats CLL. Participants will give blood and bone marrow while taking the medicine to help researchers study genetic changes that may happen during treatment. To participate in this study, you must be an adult with active CLL. This study is located at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Do you have severe aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria and a relative who is willing to donate blood plasma? This study is exploring whether these conditions can be treated using peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells, which are easier to collect than bone marrow cells. To participate, you must be between 4 and 55 years old with severe aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome or paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria and have a relative who is between 4 and 75 years old who can donate peripheral blood stem cells. Do you or your child have severe aplastic anemia or myelodysplastic syndrome? This study aims to find new ways to make stem cell transplants safer and more effective. Researchers are testing if treating people with severe aplastic anemia with a co-infusion of blood stem cells from a family member and umbilical cord blood stem cells from an unrelated donor is safe and effective. Do you or your child have Williams Syndrome (WS) or supravalvular aortic stenosis (SVAS) or are you interested in helping research on these conditions? The blood vessels in people with WS or SVAS have less elasticity, which can cause them to narrow. This study aims to see how blood vessel differences in people with these conditions affect organs in the body including the heart, gut, kidneys, and brain. Do you or your child have Williams-Beuren syndrome (WS) or Supravalvular Aortic Stenosis (SVAS)? Symptoms of both conditions include vascular problems that can be mild or serious. Researchers want to find out why only some people with WS and SVAS have serious symptoms while others do not. Participants in this study will provide blood or saliva samples to help researchers see what DNA or environmental changes affect the severity of the disease.
