This is a Phase II multi-center trial single arm trial of autologous transplantation (ASCT) followed by administration of HST-NEETs for treatment of HIV associated lymphoma.

This is a multi-center study enrolling patients suspected or newly diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), myelodysplastic syndromes/myeloproliferative neoplasms (MDS/MPN) overlap disorder, or idiopathic cytopenia of undetermined significance (ICUS). Participants will be followed long term. Clinical data, blood, and tissue samples will be collected to establish a biorepository to facilitate the study of the natural history of MDS.

The primary aim of this study is to examine the safety of administration of the unlicensed investigational NCBP hematopoietic progenitor cell-cord blood (HPC-CORD BLOOD) products in a multi-institution setting. Therefore, the study will evaluate prospectively the incidence of serious adverse reactions as well as the incidence of all infusion related reactions after administration of the unlicensed, investigational NCBP CBU.

This study will use CM to engage in the community dialogues, organize outreach facilitation, and advocacy for the adoption of bioethanol-based and liquified petroleum gas (LPG) CF-CS across participating households. The choice of CM strategy is deliberate because, unlike western culture, African cultures are largely based on communal hierarchy.

The researchers propose that exercise and weight loss interventions (bariatric surgery) will restore adipose tissue homeostasis, reduce GSL-loaded adiposomes, and subsequently alleviate vascular risk in OB-T2D patients. The investigators will test the hypotheses by pursuing the following aims: aim 1: Investigate the role of GSL-rich adiposomes in the pathogenesis of endothelial dysfunction in OB-T2D adults; aim 2: Test the effectiveness of exercise training in reducing adiposome-mediated effects on vascular function; and aim 3: Examine changes in adiposome/caveolae axis following metabolic surgery and their association with vascular function.

This is a combined retrospective and prospective, longitudinal, observational meta-cohort of individuals who will enter the cohort with and without SARS-CoV-2 infection and at varying stages before and after infection. Individuals with and without SARS-CoV-2 infection and with or without Post-Acute Sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC) symptoms will be followed to identify risk factors and occurrence of PASC. This study will be conducted in the United States and subjects will be recruited through inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings. Study data including age, demographics, social determinants of health, medical history, vaccination history, details of acute SARS-CoV-2 infection, overall health and physical function, and PASC symptom screen will be reported by subjects or collected from the electronic health record using a case report form at specified intervals. Biologic specimens will be collected at specified intervals, with some tests performed in local clinical laboratories and others performed by centralized research centers or banked in the Biospecimen Repository. Advanced clinical examinations and radiologic examinations will be performed at local study sites with cross-site standardization.

The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of a real time video telehealth pulmonary rehabilitation intervention with standard of care in patients hospitalized for an exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to determine the impact on hospital readmissions and respiratory morbidity, and to investigate the cost-effectiveness of the intervention.

Demonstrating the feasibility, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness of electronically delivered smoking cessation interventions via patient portals in Federally Qualified Health Care (FQHC) settings has the potential for wide-spread dissemination and significant public health impact. on patient populations with demonstrated high rates of smoking.

The goal of this study is to develop a test of cerebral vessel function by inducing a reactive hyperemia that will elicit a rapid and profound increase in cerebral vessel shear stress.
