Do you have heart failure and live near Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts? Researchers are testing whether an online program helps lower the number of times patients with heart failure return to the hospital. You may be able to participate if you are at least 18 years old, have heart failure, and live within 30 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

The goal of this clinical trial is to test whether our dietary intervention can prevent or lessen the negative health effects of night shift work in healthy participants.

Do you have chronic kidney disease? If you are at least 21 years old, you may be able to participate in this study of a medication typically used to treat gout to see if can be used to treat people with chronic kidney disease. The study is taking place in Boston, Massachusetts.

In this clinical trial, researchers are studying whether a medication given through an IV can improve exercise capacity for patients with heart failure. Have you received treatment from a doctor for COPD that has gotten worse and have you been referred for pulmonary rehabilitation, which can help ease the symptoms of COPD.? In this study, researchers are comparing two ways to encourage people to participate in pulmonary rehabilitation. You may be able to participate if you are at least 60 years old; of Black, Hispanic, or Caribbean origin; and have been diagnosed with heart failure. Researchers in this clinical trial are studying whether adding a protein supplement to daily meals can help prevent muscle and weight loss for people with heart failure. Have you been diagnosed with carotid artery stenosis? If you are over the age of 18 and have had an image scan for a diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis, you may be able to participate in this study. Researchers are trying to learn more about the ability of positron emission tomography (PET) scans to identify people with carotid artery stenosis who have no symptoms but who may be at risk of having a stroke. The study is taking place in Boston, Massachusetts.

This project will determine the health impact of parenthood on people with cystic fibrosis (CF). The study team will use retrospective data to provide relatively immediate evidence on parenthood's effect on pulmonary health.

Are you an adult with diagnosed atherosclerosis? If so, you may be able to participate in a clinical trial where researchers are trying to learn if a statin, which is used to treat atherosclerosis by lowering cholesterol works better when it is combined with another medication, colchicine, by targeting inflammation.
