Do you have cancer that is treated with something called Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors or BKTi? In this study, researchers want to learn more about Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors, which are often used to treat cancer, affect the heart. You can participate in this study if you are currently receiving or will be receiving Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Are you an adult with atrial fibrillation? In this study, researchers are comparing a continuous direct oral anticoagulation (DOAC) use versus time-limited (1 month) DOAC guided by an AF-sensing Smart Watch (AFSW) for persons with atrial fibrillation and a moderate risk of stroke. Participants must be between the ages of 22 and 85 and have a history of atrial fibrillation. The study is taking place at locations in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Washington, D.C.

Food pantries face many challenges, including recruitment and training of staff/volunteers, communications with staff/volunteers and clients, providing client choice, and emergency preparedness. The investigators will develop, implement, and evaluate the Support Application for Food Pantries (SAFPAS), a mobile application to address these concerns under normal and emergency operations, and assess its impact on 20 Baltimore food pantries, and on the healthiness of foods received by 360 food pantry clients using a randomized controlled trial design. If successful, the tested and refined app will support local food assistance programs throughout the United States.

Are you a healthy adult between the ages of 18 and 60? For this study, researchers are testing a new medication to treat a lung injury called pulmonary arterial hypertension. First, researchers will test the medication to see how it affects healthy people. To participate, you must be a healthy adult between the ages of 18 and 60. The study will take place at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Are you aged 18 and older with an immune bone marrow failure? This study is testing a drug called ruxolitinib in people with different types of immune bone marrow failure. Participants will have blood tests every week while they are taking the drug. These tests can be done by the participant s own physician and the results sent to the researchers. This study will take place at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Are you an adult woman with lupus? In this study, researches will try to determine if an investigational medication is effective in treating lupus in adult women. You must be at least 18 years old. The study will also enroll healthy volunteers who have no history of lupus or other autoimmune disease. The study will take place at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

The investigators' central hypothesis is that early combination therapy with two PAH-specific oral therapies that have been shown to be well tolerated in the pediatric population, sildenafil and bosentan, will result in better World Health Organization (WHO) functional class at 12 months after initiation of PAH treatment than therapy with sildenafil alone.

This study is a two-part, prospective non-controlled, non-randomized Phase I/II clinical trial to assess the safety, feasibility and efficacy of cellular gene therapy in patients with chronic granulomatous disease using transplantation of autologous bone marrow CD34+ cells transduced ex vivo by the G1XCGD lentiviral vector containing the human CGD gene.
