Are you between 65 and 85 years old and are a patient at Stanford? This study will evaluate the effect of an electronic health record (EHR) screening tool on rates of new noninvasive testing, diagnosis, and treatment of peripheral artery disease (PAD) over a 6-month period. The EHR-based screening tool will generate a group of patients at the highest risk of having undiagnosed PAD to participate in the study. To participate in this study, you must be between 65 and 85 years old, have at least 1 year of data with the Stanford EHR, and have no prior diagnosis of PAD.
