Have you taken or will you soon be taking chemotherapy for cancer? This study is observing participants who developed chemotherapy-related cardiac toxicity (CRCT) or are susceptible to developing CRCT before chemotherapy begins. To participate in the study, you must be 18 years old or older and either have taken chemotherapy with or without CRCT diagnosis or will initiate chemotherapy. The study is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Jacksonville, Florida.

Are you interested in helping researchers learn more about how inflammation and diseases of the blood vessels start? Diseases related to the immune system, blood clots, and blood vessels are interrelated. This study is trying to understand how these diseases start and what happens in the different organs in people with these diseases. To participate in this study, you or your child should be 5 years old or older and be healthy or have an autoimmune disease, or problems with blood clots or blood vessels. This study is in Bethesda, Maryland.

Do you have cholesterol deposits in your heart arteries and you don’t take medicine to lower your cholesterol? This study is educating people with cholesterol deposits in their heart about the importance of taking medicines to lower cholesterol to prevent heart attacks and other heart diseases. To participate in this study, you should be 18 to 75 years old and have heart disease. This study is in Durham, North Carolina.
