Do you have tuberous sclerosis and want to help researchers better understand the disease? This study is investigating what causes multiple skin tumors to develop in people with tuberous sclerosis. To participate in the study, you must be at least 18 years old. This study is located at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

This study is investigating whether self-weighing, combined with follow-up encouragement, promotes weight loss and use of weight management resources. To participate in this study, you must be between 18 and 70 and overweight or obese and with weight-related comorbidity (hypertension, type II diabetes, pre-diabetes, dyslipidemia, sleep apnea). Are you an adult with both asthma and obesity? This study is testing whether a medicine called L-citrulline can help treat asthma and improve lung function in people who have obesity. To participate in this study, you must be 18 to 65 years old and have asthma and obesity. This study takes place in Durham, North Carolina.

Are you an adult with obesity and at high risk of heart and blood vessel disease? This study is testing a new program to help people who have obesity stick to their healthy eating plan. Researchers from this study are developing a program that will predict when participants are most likely to stop making healthy food choices and will send messages to remind participants of their weight loss goals. To participate in this study, you must be 18 to 70 years old, have overweight or obesity, and be at high risk of heart and blood vessel diseases. This study takes place in Providence, Rhode Island.

Does your child have overweight or obesity? This study is testing whether a treatment program called FIT Families can help treat obesity in African American teenagers. FIT Families is a 6-month family-based program that involves home visits by community health workers. Participants in this study must be 12 to 17 years old, African American, and diagnosed with obesity. This study is located in South Carolina.

Are you an adult who has overweight or obesity and would be interested in a weight-loss study? This study is testing whether a medicine called phentermine is safe and effective for treating obesity over a long period. This study has multiple locations in the United States.

Do you get less than 7 hours of sleep each day and take medicine for opioid use disorder (OUD)? This study is looking at how the brain systems that control sleep can affect medication-assisted treatment in people who have opioid use disorder. The study will test whether suvorexant can help improve sleep and reduce stress without interfering with treatments for OUD. To participate in this study, you must be 21 to 65 years old. This study takes place at various locations in Baltimore, Bel Air, and Elkton, Maryland.

Do you have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or have experienced a psychosocial trauma, or want to help research? This study uses positron emission tomography/magnetic resonance imaging (PET/MRI) to look at the relationship between psychosocial stress and systemic inflammation/atherosclerosis. This study is located in Boston, Massachusetts, and New York, New York.

Are you planning to have coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery to treat your heart disease? This study aims to use computed tomography (CT) imaging to help doctors and their patients make better decisions about heart surgery. To participate in this study, you must be at least 40 years old and be scheduled for a CABG. This study is located in Palo Alto and San Diego, California

Are you an adult with atrial fibrillation who recently had a catheter ablation procedure? This study will investigate the effectiveness of an implantable cardiac monitor-guided device to monitor participants for recurrent atrial fibrillation following ablation.
