This open label phase II trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy of fostamatinib in the treatment of post-transplant cytopenias as assessed by hematologic improvement in anemia and/or thrombocytopenia following a 12-week treatment course. Patients who respond to the 12-week treatment course on this single arm study are eligible and have the option to enroll on the extended access trial.

This is a multi-center study enrolling patients suspected or newly diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), myelodysplastic syndromes/myeloproliferative neoplasms (MDS/MPN) overlap disorder, or idiopathic cytopenia of undetermined significance (ICUS). Participants will be followed long term. Clinical data, blood, and tissue samples will be collected to establish a biorepository to facilitate the study of the natural history of MDS.

This study will serve to provide tissue samples from individuals with healthy vasculature for mechanistic studies of vascular inflammation and thrombosis. Healthy adults aged 18 years or older are eligible. Pregnant or nursing women will be excluded.

This study aims to find out if a new antibody drug (briquilimab, JSP191) improves the success of a blood stem cell transplantPeople aged 13 or older who are eligible for a blood stem cell transplant to treat SCD. Healthy family members over age 13 who are matched to transplant recipients are also needed to donate blood.

This study aims to see if a blood test can predict rejection and take the place of biopsies. The test shows how much donor DNA is in a recipient s blood. Adults 18 years and older who are on the lung or heart transplant waitlist are eligible.

Are you at least 18 years old and scheduled for a CT of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis? In this study, researchers want to learn if new CT imaging methods with less radiation make images that are similar to traditional ways. If you are at least 18 and your doctor has said you need a CT scan of the chest, abdomen, or pelvis, you may be able to participate. This study is taking place at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

The study is designed to assess the usability of a novel CPAP human interface compared to a traditional nasal mask. Human subjects will interact with two different CPAP interfaces including a traditional CPAP mask and the 2nd generation DreamPort-Eclipse. Subjects will be requested to put on each of the different CPAP interface options a total of three times for a total of 6 trials. The order of device will be randomized.

This study evaluates a home-based blood pressure monitoring (HBPM) program that provides longitudinal health education, empathic guidance, monitoring, and adaptable patient-centered coaching to rural individuals. Participants in this study will be randomized to receive (1) HBPM with the intervention; or (2) the control, consisting of HBPM and a smartphone with a general health application (WebMD).
