Post-doctoral Fellowship Training Opportunities in the Laboratory of Asthma and Lung Inflammation
The Laboratory of Asthma and Lung Inflammation, Pulmonary Branch, NHLBI, offers post-doctoral fellowship training opportunities for individuals interested in investigating the role of apolipoprotein pathways in the pathogenesis and treatment of asthma. Post-doctoral fellows conduct translational research aimed at defining novel molecular mechanisms by which apolipoprotein pathways modify airway inflammation in human asthma. Postdoctoral fellowship training in our lab provides excellent training opportunities in inflammation, immunology, biochemistry, as well as cell and molecular biology. In addition to the resources available within the Laboratory of Asthma and Lung Inflammation, postdoctoral fellows can also utilize the multiple core facilities within the NHLBI Division of Intramural Research that offer access to state-of-the-art analytical methods and equipment, as well as collaborations within the supportive NIH research community. Interested applicants should email Dr. Stewart Levine at levines@nhlbi.nih.gov.
