  4. Host a "brown-bag" or "red bag" lunch at your workplace, utilizing The Heart Truth® Speaker's Kit (PDF 3.46MB) and The Heart Truth's community video featuring real women affected by heart disease.

  5. Organize a "heart healthy lunch day" with your colleagues at your cafeteria. Arrange for catering or coordinate a potluck luncheon. Direct your caterer or potluck guests to select recipes from Keep the Beat™ Recipes: Deliciously Healthy Dinners.

  6. Organize walking groups during your lunch break in the spirit of women's heart health.
