Description

This year’s QFLIM (Quantitative Fluorescence Lifetime Microscopy) Meeting, cosponsored by the North Atlantic Microscopy Society (NAMS) and NHLBI/NIH, will be held at the Masur Auditorium and FAES Terrace in Building 10 on the NIH Main Bethesda Campus on Monday, November 3rd and Tuesday, November 4th, with hands-on demos on Wednesday, November 5th in FAES Classrooms 1 and 2.

FLIM is a rapidly growing technique that adds additional dimensions to fluorescence microscopy, dynamically elucidating metabolic states, analyte concentrations and molecular proximity/comobility.

You will have the opportunity to learn from experts and early career researchers in FLIM, participate in engaging discussions during poster sessions, explore the latest technology from vendors, and network with fellow attendees.

Registration is free for all NIH staff, and refreshments will be provided for all registered attendees. Please register immediately, as space will be limited, and note that this will be an in-person meeting only. The deadline for registration and abstract submission is Monday, October 13th.

For details about the program, registration, and posters, please go to: https://www.namsmicroscopy.com/meeting-registration. (Scroll to bottom of the registration section for NIH staff (”government employee”) registration.)

Individuals requiring Sign Language Interpreters or other reasonable accommodations to facilitate their participation in this event should contact the Meeting Coordinator, Jackie Lee, at jackie.lee@nih.gov at least five (5) days prior to the commencement of the event.
