They are designed to be used with the community health worker manual; but can also be used alone for presentations on heart health in the community. Each page is translated in English and Spanish.

This booklet explains what heart disease is and provides helpful tips to improve one’s health. Sections of the booklet include risk factors, heart attack signs, physical activity, blood pressure, cholesterol, healthy weight, diabetes, and tobacco use. Available in English or Spanish.
