Discussion Groups

Discussion groups will:

• Describe the problems
• Develop strategies, and
• Recommend research opportunities and programs to address those problems.

The discussion groups are:

• Social and Economic Barriers and Needs of Patients and Families
• Quality of Life Issues for Patients and Families
• Health Care Availability and Quality for Patients
• Information and Educational Barriers and Needs of Patients, Families, and Providers
• A "fill-in-the-gaps" discussion group to identify problems that have not been described and to recommend actions to address overlooked problems

Participants will be assigned to one discussion group. Select your first three choices on your registration form.
