1. Add Spice—Not Salt—to Your Life
_____ Season foods with herbs and spices like garlic, cilantro, pepper, oregano, and onion instead of salt.
_____ Eat more fruits and vegetables instead of salty snacks.
2. Take Heart. Try to:
_____ Lose weight if you are overweight.
_____ Eat smaller portions—do not go back for a second serving.
vGet 30 to 60 minutes of moderate physical activity on most days.

3. If You Have High Blood Pressure:
