How Do You Like to Sleep?
Different people like to sleep in different ways.
Some people sleep with stuffed animals.
Some people sleep with blankets.
Some people sleep with one pillow. Some people sleep with two or more pillows.
Some people sleep with a nightlight. Some people sleep in the dark. Sleeping in bright light can be difficult, because the clock inside our brains reacts to light and tells us it's time to be awake.
Some people have alarm clocks. Some people don't.
Some people sleep with the door open. Some people sleep with the door closed.
Some people sleep alone. Some people share their bedroom with brothers or sisters.
Some people like to stay up late. Some people like to go to sleep early.
Some people sleep on their sides. Some people sleep on their back. Some people sleep on their stomach.
