Breathe New Hampshire, thanks to subcontract funding from the COPD Learn More Breathe Better campaign, hosted a Country Conquers COPD booth at the 5th Annual Rosencrantz Farm & Country Festival. The Festival was packed with tons of fun, family-friendly activities for all including live music from The Tom Dixon Band, Pony Rides, an Antique Tractor display and bounce houses for the kids!

Breathe New Hampshire talked with attendees about COPD and offered valuable information about lung health. Additionally, through its partnership with WOKQ, the state's leading country radio station, Breathe New Hampshire spread the word about COPD and its signs and symptoms to many radio listeners in the area.
