The first Friday in February, February (insert day), is National Wear Red Day®. Join Americans nationwide by wearing red to raise awareness that heart disease is the #1 killer of women. Wear red to work and everywhere you go to support The Heart Truth's® mission to help women protect their hearts.

The Heart Truth is a national awareness campaign for women about heart disease and is sponsored by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. For more information on The Heart Truth and National Wear Red Day, visit www.hearttruth.gov.
