Judith

JUDITH'S STORY

In 2012, Judith thought she had a heart attack. At the hospital, tests showed that she fortunately had not, but the experience made its mark on her. It helped Judith realize her personal risk for heart disease. She changed her diet and created a physical activity plan (including hula hooping!). Judith’s grandson watches inquisitively as she takes the baby aspirin every day, prescribed by her doctor, and she reminds him of the importance of protecting our hearts.
