Elaine
Stone, PhD, MPH served as the Project Officer for the Nutrition Academic
Award during its first three years. Her support of awardees, enthusiasm
for good nutrition, and commitment to professional education were essential
to the creation of the Curriculum Guide. In recognition of her central
role and contributions to the Nutrition Academic Award, we gratefully
dedicate this Nutrition Curriculum Guide for Training Physicians to
Elaine Stone, PhD, MPH.
