The purpose of this amendment is to update provisions of the BAA as follows:
PART I, SECTION C—ARTICLE C.1.b is deleted in its entirety.
PART I, SECTION H—ARTICLE H.2 PRIVACY ACT and ARTICLE H.7 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS SECURITY SPECIFICATIONS are deleted in their entirety.
PART II, SECTION I—ARTICLE I.3.b.2 is deleted in its entirety.
PART II, SECTION I—ARTICLE I.3.a.5. FAR 52.224-1, Privacy Act Notification (APRIL 1984) and ARTICLE I.3.a.6. FAR 52.224-2, Privacy Act (APRIL 1984) are deleted.
PART III, SECTION J, attachment 2 is deleted.
PART IV, SECTION L, II.3. Information Technology Systems Security Plan is deleted in its entirety.
PART IV, SECTION L, III. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND PROVISIONS is amended as follows:
1.c. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NUMBER OF AWARDS is amended to add the following:
The estimated funding to be allotted to this award is $6,000,000 for 5 years.
2. b. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS is amended to reflect that the biosketches referenced in items 4.A.4, item 8, and Page Limits are not part of the appendices. Therefore, the items for which there is no page limitation include the cover sheet, abstract, table of contents, personnel, biosketches, facilities, equipment and resources, other considerations, other support, cost information, and literature cited.
