Revised instructions for Packaging and Delivery of the Proposal as amended in Amendment number 1 are further clarified as follows:

The list of couriers was provided for example purposes and is not exclusive. We understand that package deliveries will be directed to the mailroom or loading dock where inspection and/or X-ray will be performed. Recognized couriers will be permitted to make office delivery. Private individuals will not. If you are not permitted to make final delivery to the room number indicated in the Proposal Delivery instructions of the BAA, please telephone the Contracting Officer or Ms. Lew at extension 50340 from the lobby at the time to obtain a signed receipt.

Technical Proposal, Technical Plan The requirement to complete the Summary of Related and Proposed Activities form addressed in the Technical Plan, Section Two Offeror's Qualifications, Project Team, and Management Plan is moved to Appendices.

The form found at: http://ocm.od.nih.gov/contracts/rfps/summact.htm is to be included as Appendix no. 1 to the Technical Proposal. This form provides a detailed listing of the time commitments of the Principal Investigator(s), Co-Investigator(s) and other Key Personnel.
