The purpose of this amendment is to correct and/or update provisions of the RFP as follows:
Additional Information, Instructions, Provisions, and Clauses, Item 2. Packaging and Delivery of the Proposal is amended to comply with new NIH mailing instructions.
Proposals must be delivered to the NHLBI Review Branch via United States Postal Service or by a courier delivery service (i.e., FEDEX, UPS, DHL, etc.). Proposals delivered in person will not be accepted.
