The RFP/BAA is revised as follows:

1. The time and date for receipt of proposals is hereby changed from "November 15, 2002, 4:30 PM (Eastern Time)" to "December 16, 2002, 4:30 PM (Eastern Time)."

2. The Proposal Intent Response Sheet is due by November 12, 2002.

3. Under "Additional Technical Proposal Instructions," Item 7.a., A Sjögren's Syndrome Advisory Committee (SSAC)" the first sentence is revised as follows:

   "The committee shall include a group of independent reviewers that will be designated by the NIDCR in consultation with the Steering Committee members, and will include a chairperson, and approximately three-five scientists with experience in Sjögren's syndrome research."
