Include this 4x4 promotional ad in your organization's December/January newsletter.

The following instructions will enable your designer to insert the ad into your publication (instructions are specific to the design program they are using):

When using Microsoft Word:
Open .PDF file in Acrobat Pro (not Acrobat Reader)
Save file as an .EPS and then insert it into Word

When using QuarkXPress.4:
Open .PDF file in Acrobat Pro (not Acrobat Reader)
Save file as an .EPS and then insert it into Quark

When using QuarkXPress.6:
Open QuarkXPress.6 and place the .PDF directly (like you would a .TIFF or .JPEG file)

When using InDesign:
Open InDesign and place the .PDF directly (like you would a .TIFF or .JPEG file)

When using Adobe Illustrator:
Open Adobe Illustrator and open the .PDF
