Cristina Rabadán-Diehl, Ph.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Rabadán-Diehl’s areas of scientific expertise include diabetes complications, hypertension and developmental origins of adult disease, and global health. In addition to serving as deputy director of the NHLBI Office of Global Health, Dr. Rabadán-Diehl is the NHLBI program director of the UnitedHealth and NHLBI Collaborating Centers of Excellence Global Health Initiative Program. Deshirée Belis, M.P.H.
Ms. Belis’ background is in global health promotion and policy. Prior to working at the NHLBI, she worked at the Pan American Health Organization as a technical officer in the Non-Communicable Diseases Program.

Ms. Borst majored in East Asian Studies with an emphasis on Japanese history and literature. Prior to joining the Office of Global Health, she taught English to elementary and middle school students in Japan.
