Dr. Susan Shurin - January 13, 2010
I am proud to announce that the HHS has selected NHLBI biomedical engineer Tim Baldwin, Ph.D., E.I.T. as the Agency's nominee for the 2010 Federal Engineer of the Year Award. This prestigious award recognizes federal engineers across the agencies for their outstanding professional achievements, civic and humanitarian activities, continuing education, and substantial contributions to the successful operations of the federal government.
As this year's HHS nominee, Tim is one of 10 finalists for the 2010 Federal Engineer of the Year Award. The award ceremony will take place on February 18, 2010 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
Please join me in congratulating Tim on this well-deserved honor.
